Accounting Associates

In this role, you will be a part of a team that provides accounting and finance services to our clients. You will oversee client engagements, ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, and provide strategic guidance to help clients optimize their financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client needs
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals and provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Tax Manager

As a tax consultant, you will work with clients to design and implement tax strategies that optimize their operations. This may involve advising on transfer pricing, structuring cross-border transactions, and navigating complex tax regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on tax matters related to their business operations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to support client needs
  • Design and implement tax strategies that optimize clients’ operations, including transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and international tax planning
  • Assist clients with tax audits and disputes, representing them before tax authorities as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations that may impact clients’ business operations

As a legal/cosec associate, you will work closely with clients to address a range of legal issues related to their business operations. This may include contract drafting and negotiation, compliance advice, and M&A support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise clients on legal matters related to their business operations, including contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Assist clients with M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and preparing legal documentation
  • Develop relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments that may impact clients’ business operations

Outsourced HR Associates

In this role, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions for our clients. This may include payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and oversee HR functions for clients, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support client needs
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
