  • Strategic Importance: Tasks involving strategic decision-making or high-level advisory services are integral to your company’s direction and should be managed internally or with specialized consultants. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Certain activities involve complex regulatory requirements and are best handled by professionals who specialize in those areas to ensure full compliance. 
  • Conflict of Interest: Providing certain services could create conflicts of interest or compromise our ability to deliver unbiased operational support.  

Our core BMaaS offering focuses on essential in-house management functions that drive your day-to-day operations and long-term success. This includes strategic planning, performance management, process optimization, team leadership, and operational efficiency. 

External services refer to specialized business services that are typically provided by outside professionals or agencies. These include corporate secretarial services, accounting and finance, taxation, immigration and employment services, intellectual property management, and others. 

Many of these professional services are available through our CAS business unit. For services we don’t directly provide, we can work with your existing providers or recommend trusted partners. This model gives you the flexibility to access comprehensive support when you need it, without paying for services you may not require on an ongoing basis. 

We keep them separate from our core offering for several reasons: 

  • They often require specialized expertise or certifications 
  • Many involve direct interaction with regulatory agencies  
  • They’re typically needed periodically rather than on an ongoing basis 
  • They often require high customization based on a company’s specific situation 
  • Including all possible external services would significantly increase the base price of our core offering, making it less accessible for many SMEs. 

This approach offers you: 

  • A cost-effective core management support package 
  • Flexibility to add specialized services only when needed 
  • Transparency in pricing and services 
  • The ability to scale and customize your support as your business grows 

That’s not a problem at all. In fact, our service is designed to complement your existing arrangements. These visits complement our remote services by handling activities that cannot be effectively managed online or over the phone, ensuring seamless and comprehensive support for your business operations. 

On-site visits are typically conducted by members of our administrative team who specialize in handling physical and in-person tasks. 

On-site visits are designed to handle a variety of physical and face-to-face activities, including but not limited to: 

  • Document Signing: Facilitating the signing of important contracts, agreements, and legal documents. 
  • Check Handling: Collecting and depositing checks securely on your behalf. 
  • Document Digitization: Scanning or collecting hard copies of important files for secure digitization.  
  • Equipment Setup: Setting up or troubleshooting office equipment that requires hands-on intervention. 
  • Meetings and Consultations: Conducting short, in-person meetings to discuss updates, changes, or specific business needs. 
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling tasks such as filing, organizing documents, or setting up workspaces. 

On-Site Staffing is a premium service where we station dedicated staff members directly at your business premises. These professionals work under our management, seamlessly integrating with your team to provide hands-on support for your operational needs. Unlike our standard on-site visits, on-site staffing offers continuous, in-person assistance tailored to your specific business requirements. 

Opting for On-Site Staffing provides all the benefits of our regular BMaaS plans with the added advantage of direct, immediate interaction and integration with your team. This option is ideal for businesses that require frequent on-the-ground support, face-to-face collaboration, and tasks that cannot be efficiently managed remotely. This approach enhances real-time communication and allows for instant adjustments to business operations, leading to improved response times and more personalized service delivery. 

While our On-Site Visits are designed for specific, occasional tasks that require a physical presence, On-Site Staffing provides a more integrated and continuous support solution. With On-Site Staffing, a dedicated member of our administrative team is permanently stationed at your office, working alongside your team to manage daily operations and address any immediate needs in real-time. This ensures a higher level of responsiveness and allows for more proactive management of your business processes, enhancing overall efficiency and collaboration within your workspace. 

We take data security and confidentiality very seriously: 

  • Confidentiality Agreements: We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all clients as part of our Master Services Agreement.  
  • Secure Systems: Use of encrypted communication channels and secure data storage solutions. 
  • Access Controls: We implement strict role-based access controls (RBAC) for team members handling your information. 

Yes, our team comprises professionals with expertise in their respective fields. They undergo rigorous selection processes and regular training to ensure they deliver the highest quality of service. 

Starter Plan: Free of charge. 

Premium Plan: Billed monthly based on your selected FTE level. 

Enterprise Plan: Billed monthly as per your custom agreement. 

Invoices are issued in advance, typically 7-10 days before the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due in full before the beginning of the new billing cycle (i.e., before the start of the month). 

For example: 

  • If your billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month, you’ll receive an invoice around the 20th-23rd of the previous month. 
  • Payment for this invoice is due before the 1st of the upcoming month to ensure uninterrupted service. 

We appreciate prompt payment to maintain continuous service. If you have any questions about your invoice or need to discuss payment arrangements, please contact our billing department. 

We offer the following payment options: 

  1. GIRO (Recommended): Set up GIRO with your Singapore bank for automatic monthly payments. 
  1. Bank Transfer: Make a direct transfer to our DBS account (details provided upon request). 
  1. Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 
  1. PayNow: Use our UEN for quick, secure payments. 

To maintain transparency, we disclose all fees upfront: 

  • GIRO and Bank Transfer: No additional fees 
  • Credit Card: 3% transaction fee

Many of these professional services are available through our CAS business unit. For services we don’t directly provide, we can work with your existing providers or recommend trusted partners. This model gives you the flexibility to access comprehensive support when you need it, without paying for services you may not require on an ongoing basis. 

We keep them separate from our core offering for several reasons: 

  • They often require specialized expertise or certifications 
  • Many involve direct interaction with regulatory agencies

Starter Plan: Free of charge.

Invoices are issued in advance, typically 7-10 days before the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due in full before the beginning of the new billing cycle (i.e., before the start of the month). 

For example: 

  • If your billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month, you’ll receive an invoice around the 20th-23rd of the previous month. 
  • Payment for this invoice is due before the 1st of the upcoming month to ensure uninterrupted service.
