We keep them separate from our core offering for several reasons:

How Does On-Site Staffing Differ from Regular On-Site Visits?
While our On-Site Visits are designed for specific, occasional tasks that require a physical presence, On-Site Staffing provides a more integrated and continuous support solution. With On-Site Staffing, a dedicated member of our administrative team is permanently stationed at your office, working alongside your team to manage daily operations and address any immediate needs in real-time. How do you ensure the confidentiality of my business information?
We take data security and confidentiality very seriously:
- Confidentiality Agreements: We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all clients as part of our Master Services Agreement.

- Access Controls: We implement strict role-based access controls (RBAC) for team members handling your information.
Are your team members qualified and experienced?

How does billing work?
Starter Plan: Free of charge.
Premium Plan: Billed monthly based on your selected FTE level.

Invoices are issued in advance, typically 7-10 days before the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due in full before the beginning of the new billing cycle (i.e., before the start of the month).
For example:
- If your billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month, you’ll receive an invoice around the 20th-23rd of the previous month.
- Payment for this invoice is due before the 1st of the upcoming month to ensure uninterrupted service.

- GIRO (Recommended): Set up GIRO with your Singapore bank for automatic monthly payments.

- PayNow: Use our UEN for quick, secure payments.
Are there any additional fees?
To maintain transparency, we disclose all fees upfront:
- GIRO and Bank Transfer: No additional fees
- Credit Card: 3% transaction fee
- PayNow: No additional fees for personal accounts; 1% fee for corporate PayNow payments
